Hampton Sub Aqua Club

Hampton Sub Aqua Club is a young growing and fun dive club that is very active and based at Hampton Court, in South West London, It was formed by a mix of the original committee members of Teddington Sub Aqua Club and the Bank of England SAC in March 2005 who realised that there were a multitude of pools but no dive club covering this area. The club was initially run from Lady Eleanor Holles Pool and School before moving to Hurst Pool,West Molesey  in 2008.It is made up of young fun people whom just want to go snorkelling and diving .The Club has an exemplary safety record with no dive related accidents since formation,in the club... a superb training and safety record  compared to other organisations.

So why not join us? or come and see us at Kingsmeadow Athletic Grounds Kingston at the Summer Fair on Sunday 7th August 2011 where we will be having a stall.

Ocean Diving Courses start regularly so call Amanda on 07788872695 to arrange coming on the next course. At present our Ocean Diver course,membership and membership of bsac is only £150, this includes use of Hurst Pool for the full year and training by our club instructors, training packs and use of our serviced kit,plus our club membership and membership of Bsac.Our next Course begins August 2011 and we still have a some places on it .If you are already a bsac diver, joining out club is only £60, ie the cost of the pool hire for the year !

About Hampton SAC

The Club meets every Thursday night at 8.30 pm at Hurst Pool ,Dunstall Way In West Molesey.Pool sessions last to about 10.15 then we head off to a nearby pub in Walton !

The Club  has its own kit, 8 sets including new poseidon and oceanic regs ,new weights and weightbelts and a buddy tech buoyancy compensator and cressi  bought Oct and Nov 2009 !22 set of  pool fins ! including junior sizes .... a regular pool and  the club's  RIB is  based down at the Coast .We also head off to our  clubhouse(ok pub) the Weir in Walton after pool sessions !The club's members dive virtually every weekend during the summer so come and join us !

Training is provided by qualified instructors who are all members of the Club.

We have an interesting programme of events that runs throughout the year. Dives range from half days diving local reservoirs through weekend trips to the South Coast, to overseas expeditions. Boat places are booked on a first come first served basis.  We do not tolarate cliques in this club, Unlike other clubs we know with a reputation for this ....Anyone caught  bumping people off dives for their friends will not be tolerated and asked to leave the club

Our Club is small and friendly and our members meet frequently for social activities such as restaurants, barbecues and social events.
